Important: The services provided are for exchange only. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or managed accounts. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

4. User Obligations

4.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Engage in illegal activities or violate any applicable laws
• Facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our platform or systems
• Interfere with the normal operation of the platform
• Use the platform for market manipulation or insider trading
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Share your account with others or allow others to control it
• Use automated tools without explicit permission
• Engage in abusive behavior toward our staff or other users

4.2 Verification Requirements (KYC/AML)

To comply with Thai financial regulations, you must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This includes:

• Specific execution prices or timing
• Absence of technical errors or delays

6. Fees and Charges

CryptoThailand charges the following fees:

• Trading Fees: 0.1% per transaction for spot trading
• Maker Rebate: 0.05% rebate for limit orders
• Withdrawal Fees: Variable by cryptocurrency and amount
• Deposit Fees: No fees for bank transfers; fees apply for certain payment methods

All fees are displayed before you confirm a transaction. We may modify fees with 14 days' notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CryptoThailand from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Violation of these terms
• Infringement of third-party rights
• Unauthorized access to your account

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9.2 Dispute Settlement

Any disputes shall first be subject to good faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under Thai arbitration rules or in the courts of Thailand.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in suspicious or fraudulent activities
• You fail to complete KYC requirements
• You provide false or misleading information
• Required by legal or regulatory authorities
• Your jurisdiction becomes restricted

Upon termination, you may withdraw your remaining funds within 30 days, subject to regulatory holds and legal requirements.

11. Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that:

• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible
• Incorrect wallet addresses cannot be recovered
• You are responsible for correct address entry
• Blockchain network delays may occur beyond our control
• We are not responsible for cryptocurrency lost due to your errors

12. Intellectual Property

All content on CryptoThailand, including logos, text, graphics, and code, is the property of CryptoThailand or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our express written permission.

13. Regulatory Compliance

CryptoThailand operates in compliance with Thai financial regulations and the supervision of the Securities and Exchange Commission Thailand (SEC). Users acknowledge and accept that:

• We are subject to regular regulatory inspections
• User information may be disclosed to regulatory authorities
• Trading may be restricted during certain regulatory investigations
• Funds may be frozen if required by legal authorities

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
